I've been watching the trial pretty closely, but the past two days have not been the prosecution's best.

Perhaps its my normal pessimism, but that 'I ate too many drugs' clip the defense keeps playing could be problematic. I worry that given the number of jury members aged 50+ (five of them i believe) that they might have a less tolerant view on addicts and addition.

The rioting last summer I think was a significant factor in the Republicans rebounding and performing much better than they did in 2018 - especially down ballot where they consistently out performed the orange idiot.

massive outrage.

It will be a true miscarriage of justice.

It won't be surprising if he does though, I remember Eric Garner, whose murder we also saw on video. No one faced consequences for that one either.

to sit and watch this. Summary at the end of the trial is quite enough for me. Verdict is very important though.
