10. We've had a few districts flip in Pennsylvania in the last 2 elections

It doesn't happen often, however you may be aware of the Congressional redistricting fight in PA that happened in 2018. It's certainly possible that some of the flips were due to Republicans voting out "bad guys," however I think it was more from the realignment of districts (re-mapping) and also Trump fatigue in 2020.
