4. I believe the shooting part was an accident because she only fired one shot.

In your typical, ordinary, every day, run of the mill, routine police murder, they usually empty their gun into the victim. What led up to the shooting. No accident.

9. Yeppers

An officer is supposed to wear their service revolver on their dominant hand side and their taser on the other side. IF she was not, she was clearly out of uniform! I've heard some prefer to wear them on the same side but the requirement is supposed to avoid exactly this sort of thing. Anyway, the revolver is some heavier than the taser. Oops, my sainted Aunt Matilda!

Anyway, why was she inserting her happy ass into the situation anyway?

3. She certainly isn't putting up much of a fight.

I suppose she'll just move on, once the heat dies down.

8. It's my understanding that she just retired (quit)

and will get her pension. If I am wrong, I will take blame.

14. I said nothing of the sort, lol, it wasnt a planned shooting, thats all, a panicked cop, bad choice

Lots of bad choices, actually, they should have made him shut off the car, escorted him outside to the rear of the vehicle, they were sloppy

13. It was not an accident

It was negligence and very likely criminal negligence.
