the cop had him in his sight for seconds. He told the kid to put his hands up, the kid did, turned around and the cop shot him in the chest. Did you watch the video? Whatever gun there may have been was not in his hands. But, I'm sure there's a very good reason why so many cops kill so many unarmed black boys.
