(52,162 posts)but society most certainly hasn't. You can't find your ballot now, nor can anyone else so a particularized personal right seems to be a stretch, but as a group we have a right to the integrity of the ballots as a whole.

(14,731 posts)Not just for the right to do this but for the right to not have their votes tampered with by a recount which now is rigged by the GQP but could be done by others (Dems) in the future.

(101,321 posts)The state prints it; you fill it out (physically or electronically). It would be illegal for you to carry it out of the polling station. You don't, for instance, get "rights" to a receipt you sign for receiving recorded mail.
