Needs to get called to the floor of congress to testify as to WHY.
EVERY SINGLE ONE needs to be forced to sit in front of the Republican party and tell them that it's fake news and propaganda that's keeping them in power.

I don't.

Almost All the repubs sat through the Impeachment hearings, and that did not impact their decision. They are impervious to the truth, facts and reality.

Sure, the lawyers can make an airtight case about Fox being a mind-bending source of lies and propaganda, and if that was the case the jury would acquit every insurrectionist. But it's unrelated to the crimes. Only question is whether the jury will leap from "wow, is Fox a festering latrine of sick minds" to "therefore the guy who bashed Capitol Police in the head with his "back the blue" flag while livestreaming himself leading a pack trying to find and string up the Vice President of the US, is innocent of, you know, bashing Capitol Police in the head with his "back the blue" flag while livestreaming himself leading a pack trying to find and string up the Vice President of the US"
