Not too sure about the Qanon shaman's attorney....

There is offensive language in a quote that was tweeted to question his judgment in press statements.

I do not endorse this language, so please do not attribute it to me.

I don't think that is much of a defense.

There are plenty of people dealing with all kinds of challenges in life who somehow managed not to become an insurrectionist mob.

What on earth would anyone's handicap status have to do with the decision to engage in a violent assault on Democracy?

But the statement is accurate in outline, and deserves its emphatic verbiage....

It's basically 2 evaluation cycles after bootcamp. Minimum first enlistment active duty time in service - as a Navy reservist - is typically 36 months before one enters the reserves.
He left early.
Administratively or on a Medical.
On edit - a lot of knuckleheads join the Navy, especially in peace time, because they think it will fix their attitude or personal problems easier than joining the Marines or the Army. Most only last between 18, 26 months.

statements/evidence which contradicted the story he was pushing, and he asked the reporter to print out those statements and send them to him so he could shove them up his (own) ass...

He seems like a charming fellow.
