What I'd like to see from President Obama Tuesday night

We all know how important this debate is. The idea that the debates don't matter has been destroyed, and the idea that people don't care this late, has also been dis proven. So what do we need to see at the debate?

1) An engaged President Obama. One who is paying attention, to the questioner, and to the responses of Mitt Robme. We need President Obama to call Mittens on the lies. We need him to get in the face of the lying bastard.

2) Don't hold back. Use the truth to destroy Robme. Hit him with the 47%. Hit him with the tax return scandal. Point out that Mittens has off shored half the jobs you were trying to create.

3) Most importantly. Give us a vision of the future. One where every child who is able, can go to college. One where the poor, the disadvantaged can get desperately needed medical care. Put the vision we all share for a better world into words.

President Obama is the greatest orator of our generation. We must have that where everyone can see it.

4) Remind the people that there is more to principals than the bottom line. In other words, Robme is a thief, stealing money from the poor and middle class to make sure all his rich buddies has a new private jet. Point out that we gain more by shared sacrifice than we do by rampant capitalist greed.

Examples of this are obvious. The Apollo missions. We set out to accomplish the impossible. The gains we made were scientific, and social. In an era where lies and stupidity ruled our foreign policy and our domestic policy, one thing allowed us to hold our heads up, Apollo. We can accomplish great things in the future, with green energy, and with social advances. If we put a tenth of the effort and dedication into Green energy that we did into Apollo we would guarantee the future for the next dozen generations. All we are lacking is the will and the vision.

5) Blow your own horn. Stand up there and remind everyone how you have saved the economy from the greed of the bankers, and the stupidity of the very capitalists that Robme wants to put back in charge. Tell everyone how you pushed the ACA through, despite the opposition of the Rethugs and in some cases, right over them. Remind them that the Rethugs led by Robme want the Insurance companies to get rich, while we all get sick and die. Remind all the morons of your accomplishments.

6) Set the social agenda. Highlight the efforts of Rethugs to set back womens rights at least fifty years. They would have Gays back in the closet, if they weren't in jail for being a sinner.

7) Set the foreign policy agenda. We don't have the money, or the moral right to enforce our will on the world. We must reach common ground accords with those around the world. We do that by discussion, and understanding. Not bribery and threats.

2. He's had my vote for the last four years.

But I realize that circumstances have yet to align where I get to decide these things. I'm looking to convince the rest of the population, at least enough that we can sew this win up. We need a great performance, because we need to stop the momentum to that lying bastard Robme.

We need to show the people that Obama is serious, and wants this. We need to show them that stripping the glitz away, Robme is just a common thief.

We need to do this, because if we don't, we risk disaster on election day, and for the next four years. If we lose this election, there won't be anything we can do to save the nation, and the world in 2016. The economy will be beyond repair, the earth will probably be poisoned beyond any hope of repair. We just can't risk the loss.
