(65,010 posts)I loathe their commercials, too.
I'm not at all surprised they had a not "liking" every post with no regard to content.
They don't care.
Their business model is flag waving nonsense.

(2,535 posts)Seriously? How does this get addressed with USAA? How do I address it with them myself as a customer of theirs?

(4,167 posts)Same coverage for literally half the price. I had a 6 month premium with USAA that was $1060 so basically $2120 for the year...I now have a $1100 12 month policy with Progressive...again same coverage (for two cars)

(102,236 posts)I went through their messaging form but could not really target where it was going. Worth a try, anyway.
Do it as feedback and not as a grievance because the latter is only set up to address specific products.
Those on twitter (I am NOT) should do so there.

(16,254 posts)I won't bother. Too bad because if they impressed me with the car insurance, I would also switch my home coverage.
That sucks.

(4,167 posts)Which makes it even weirder why a big companys twitter account would even be following her to be able to like her tweet....its not like she responded to a USAA tweet and they liked it and responded back....
