Flynn is not active military. And no, they're not going to reactivate him for the sole purpose of court-martialing him.

If he falls under the thirty year rule even for sedition as with thirty years he is no longer under ucmj. I needed to be heard this is reason for letter to General Austin, these traitors need to pay with arrest trial and if convicted then prison.

Ignore the naysayers... They could and should call him in for the sole purpose of serving him a Dishonorable Discharge, stripping him of his benefits etc.. I wouldn't cry if they held a court martial, it certainly isn't out of the question.
