In recent years, my job was to wait for my boss to call and let me know what ship to catch and where to meet it. When Covid hit, at 73, the offshore career ended. I miss the clean air and the salt spray on my face.

I get terribly seasick every time. It's not worth it for me. I wish it didn't happen, but it seems that I am meant to be a land animal.
