1. Lowered taxes on the super rich allowing them to amass huge amounts of wealth that can be used to keep buying elections for Rethuglicans
2. Put a bunch of Federalist society whack job judges on the court who will overturn Roe v Wade
3. (maybe 2b) Put a bunch of whack job Federalist society judges on every level of the court to put gays, blacks, and every one else that Pence and the rest of the party back in their place (i.e. 1850)


By those measures, the last 4 years were a success.

Unfortunately for them, some of those whack job federalist society appointees apparently had read a few law books and did the right thing once they had their lifetime appointments. Still plenty of whack jobs, especially on the USSC to do real damage,
