Answer: he’ll be in jail when he’s indicted or convicted (depending on whether he’s deemed a flight risk). That will happen when prosecutors feel they have a solid legal case. It won’t be sped up to make angry bloggers happy, and it won’t be based on “we all KNOW he’s guilty” assertions.

When he is charged with a crime.
When he is indicted by a grand jury.
When he is summoned to appear before a grand jury.
When he is subpoenaed to appear in a valid jurisdiction.
When he is sued and a court date is set.

Do any of those things apply? If not, then he won't appear in court.
