(96,882 posts)Answer: hell be in jail when hes indicted or convicted (depending on whether hes deemed a flight risk). That will happen when prosecutors feel they have a solid legal case. It wont be sped up to make angry bloggers happy, and it wont be based on we all KNOW hes guilty assertions.

(10,599 posts)Pence has ZERO chance of even getting the nomination, let alone becoming president.
About the same chance that Drumpf will ever see the inside of a courtroom, let alone a jail cell.
But I guess it makes people feel better to think that's a possibility, so have at it.

(148,151 posts)When he is charged with a crime.
When he is indicted by a grand jury.
When he is summoned to appear before a grand jury.
When he is subpoenaed to appear in a valid jurisdiction.
When he is sued and a court date is set.
Do any of those things apply? If not, then he won't appear in court.
