internet access where they can also sign up for the subsidy to get internet service. There is a $50 per month subsidy to pay for High Speed Internet.

It’s opt out, as in, you are already signed up. How the hell that works, I have no idea. Some people that aren’t able to claim the child for whatever reason are going to get screwed. Correct me if I read that letter wrong.
