Some with semi automatic handguns others with fully automatic long guns coming up the stairs. One shot was fired. No one empties their weapon, the one person breaching was the one person shot. I would say they went above and beyond showing restraint. That said, an officer discharged his weapon, he took a life, it was up close and personal, his life is forever changed.
