General Kelly had to tell Trump not to say anything nice about Hitler.

When they went on a state trip to Germany Trump praised Hitler for building the Autobahn and General Kelly had to tell him not to say anything nice about Hitler.

...that if someone is going to be successful in committing great evil, they're going to have to be pretty high-level functioning in lots of ways and some of that high-level functioning might be considered a good thing (like the Autobahn) if you don't keep sight of the big picture.
