10. We need to change the rules for becoming president

its hard for me to believe even republicans would want someone totally stupid to be in control of nuclear weapons and such.

Some rules:

If you own a business you are not allowed to spend any government or tax dollars on it. Like if you have hotels, resorts, restaurants no one in government that our tax dollars are paying for can go there or use it.

You are not allowed to do any Wall Street trades and that includes family.

You must pass a test including geography, knowledge of government agencies, knowledge of the military, mainly things a president really should know and not be learning on the job, the job is too big and too important to be learning on the job. Think of how many jobs we train for before we start them, if you really want this job you would enter specialized training.

I would love to set a rule about money so that no one can buy the office by outspending anyone or just caring more for the rich than the rest of us. Like a rule that you can't have more than 20mil

No family members can work in any agency, except First Lady or Gentleman.

Must pass a in-depth mental examination as well as physical by a large hospital well known not your private doctor.

I think that anyone who wants to be in Congress or be president, should pass a High school level US Civics / US government test and a basic Constitutional law test, too. We expect teachers to have a degree, we expect IT specialists to have a degree, we expect our doctors to have a degree, and on and on, we even expect drivers to pass a written test. Yet it astounds me that we do not test our candidates for Congressional office / Presidential candidates for competency.
