My mantra about the unvaccinated (the ones that can be vaccinated but don't get it) is "play stupid games win stupid prizes". I don't have any sympathy for them at all (again, excluding those who through other health considerations are unable to get vaccinated).

Non-vaccinated By Choice (NVBCs) are risking everyone's health, not just their own. Allowing themselves to be easy targets for the virus and thus viral incubators and mutation hosts, these imbeciles are worse than simply duped followers of a death cult...they are its hitmen to society at large.

Vaccines WORK. Infection severity and outcomes for breakthrough case (to date) illustrate this perfectly.

I want the unvaccinated to be quarantined and forced to remove themselves from society until they are either infected and recovered or vaccinated or dead. But the rest of society should not be forced to abide their idiocy and vaccine resistance any longer.

I would also make it blatantly clear that hospitalization and in-patient care will be reserved for the vaccinated only and any NVBC patient will be isolated and placed on palliative care only until they either recover or expire naturally. Society will no longer expend resources to save those who will not act to save themselves or protect others.
