The kind where military fighter jets accompany the private jet to its intended destination. That kind of escort.

Would the military shoot it down?

I think he'll be gone soon.

We'll soon see. I wonder if just knowing they have an enforcer tagging along would keep them on course. My guess is that the crew aren't suicidal.

5. Who was the judge in yesterday's bail hearing? What's this judge's background?

BTW, Barrack holds Lebanese citizenship and has a private jet.

Who was the judge that signed off on his release conditions?

I can't find his name listed anywhere.

Thanks.

Thomas J. Barrack Jr., a prominent Los Angeles investor and longtime ally of former President Trump, was released from jail Friday on a $250-million bond while he awaits trial on charges of covertly acting as an agent of the United Arab Emirates, obstructing justice and lying to the FBI about his work.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Donahue ordered Barrack’s release after the wealthy real estate developer agreed to put up the huge sum as a guarantee he would not flee the country to avoid prosecution.

Barrack provided $5 million in cash and more than 21 million shares of the company he founded, now known as DigitalBridge. His son, Thomas Barrack III, ex-wife Rachelle Barrack and Jonathan Grunzweig, a DigitalBridge executive, all signed over their personal residences. His lawyers also promised to relinquish Barrack’s U.S. and Lebanese passports.

Barrack, 74, was not present during the hearing in downtown L.A., and his attorneys and relatives appeared remotely. Since his arrest Tuesday, he was held in the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga and was freed with a GPS monitoring bracelet.

Checking for the odds that Judge Donahue may be seated next to Barrack & waving bye as the plane leaves US airspace.
🤬
grrrrr....

Did his attys go judge shopping to find this one in LA?
He was spose to appear in NY on Monday, along with another culprit named Grimes of Colorado. A 3rd culprit, a UAE citizen, left the country after being 1st interviewed by FBI and hasn't been heard from since.
UAE has no extradition with US.

Barrack's conditions required the $250 mill bond with $5 mill cash secured.

I can't believe any judge would allow him to walk outta jail under Any restrictions, knowing the flight risk.

Pisses me off ..
The whole thing smells like a set up & we all know it.

It's okay. They have many others and will most likely be on the plane out of town. Although, I don't think a bail forfeiture is necessarily a crime. Unless, it can be shown to be a conspiracy.

How odd that an ex-wife would post bail. It must've been a condition in either the pre-nup or settlement.

Read that small print, people!

Instead of going with the marshals on their con-air flight.

I'm thinking his flight should be shadowed by military aircraft that will redirect the private jet should it veer off course.
