(61,696 posts)all pregnancies, last I heard. Maybe it's 1/4, or half. I'm not sure, but it's a big enough number. Since the doctors say it is believed these miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities, it must be the Almighty's fault for not correcting the DNA.

(3,714 posts)I find it most curious that God is seemingly bound by human sexuality and has to create a new, never existed before, "soul" just because two humans successfully conceived.
For apparently this entire forced-birth business is based on the sudden existence of this "soul" when two cells mate.
Does omniscient God put two souls into one fertilized egg for to-be twins?
Can't be only one soul at conception unless souls split and that raises tricky theological conundrums.
Perhaps sperm and egg are each half-souls. How many sperm souls die at ejaculation?
Does omniscient God put souls into soon to-be miscarried pregnancies?
Do some conceptions lack souls because God knows the body will never be born?
Is an aborted soul better off by not being born and thus going straight to Heaven without 'original sin'?
Can a body exist without a soul?
Can a soul exist without a body?
Can anybody be too soulful?

(3,498 posts)Abortion takes life and is against god. E.D. drugs promote life.
I think the whole forced vasectomy and anti-viagra stuff are poor arguments.
The only argument is let a woman make her own choice about her own body.
