from a corrupt, lying, president. And also knowing that she would be confirmed by basically the same Senate that denied Merrick Garland and confirmed frat boy beer drinker, shows you that she is completely full of shit and only cares about AMY.

In both cases, Bush & Trump, I recall people who'd never even heard of the electoral college expound of it's great purpose as an exemplar of our founder's wisdom and foresight. You know, for every bad aspect of our early nationhood it's a good bet there was at least one no-good son of a bitch loudmouth founder.

National Popular Vote Compact.

My hope is that, if enough states sign on (and we are getting closer), and it goes into effect, and is in effect for a few presidential elections and people can see that bypassing the Electoral College is not the end of the world, that a COnstitutional Amendment could then get passed. Which it certainly could not at this point.

Democratic Presidential candidates have won the popular vote in 7 of the last 8 Presidential elections,
yet in that time have only seated 4 of the last 9 chief justices.
2 each by Clinton & Obama.

Going back to Richard Nixon, (D)'s have only seated 4 of the last 20 justices.
2 each by Clinton & Obama.
0 for Carter.

Kind of makes you mad, doesn't it?
