I don't quite understand this tweet seeing as TFG added like 200 judges thanks to McConnell, but if what Ron Klain is saying is true, that's awesome.
Now if only Biden could get some Supreme Court seat openings.

Have to catch up with, and surpass Turd's record before we lose the Senate.

Biden and Senate had only confirmed 9 federal judges with 2 dozen more nominated by president Biden but waiting for approval.
I think Klain may be speaking about a specific type a US appeals court judge, as far as I see president Biden is way behind in appointing federal judges no matter the type.

That would have eaten up a lot of time, along with rules changes from McConnells tenure that shortened post-cloture debate periods, is probably giving him a leg up in confirming judges to the lower courts.
