Rep Casten, a moderate from Illinois was on Bloomberg, indicates we are very close to the

infrastructure reconciliation bill, but he indicated in the interview that even though Sinema and Manchin are in the Senate, it is hard to understand, especially with Sinema, what exactly do they want to make this work
