So let's take a poll. Does McConnell have the votes to raise the debt ceiling? He needs 10 GQPers to vote with the Dems. Will they draw straws?

He certainly has enough sway to bring 9 of his party along with him.

Not sure whether ANY of them will vote for the measure itself, but they'll get to an actual vote, which is all that matters, since the Democrats will have 50 votes plus Harris, to pass it.
