They will look at whoever proposes the program. If it was initiated by Dems or liberals, they will oppose it without even looking at it. I think we need to fool the Repukes by telling them it's "Bible study" or some such thing. They could never oppose Bible study, could they?

5. Problem is a built in Human bias - The victors write history and determine what 'Truth' is

Been going on as long as humanity has walked the earth.

Scientific Method addresses the issue rather well, but it has only been around a relatively short while, and is constantly under attack by those who want to write their truth into the record.

We are still fighting against the same powers that brought the West the Dark Ages and The Spanish Inquisition.

Big difference between truth and Truth. The latter always shines out in the end - but it could take generations. Unfortunately, the species may not have many generations left.
