Share a cell with nasty fat ass Bannon. “From the Office of the 45th, Donald J Trump” we will give Jones the Presidential Medal of Freedom, another fat asshole with a huge mouth. May gay frogs and lizards crawl up his ass while bankrupt. Hopefully he is so broke he has to drink juice boxes.

Not that he doesn't deserve to be locked up, but this was a civil judgment, and the tweet was worded incorrectly.

This is very good news in any case.

Judge Maya Guerra Gamble issued default judgments on Monday against Jones and his outlet for not complying with court orders to provide information for the lawsuits brought against him by the parents of two children killed in the shooting.

A jury will decide how much Jones has to pay.
He could, of course, file an appeal.

He was right there in the middle of all of it. He was whipping the crowd into a frenzy the night before and he was right beside the Capitol during the insurrection. I don't know if he was staying in the Willard Hotel or not, but he's been Trump's media guy all along.

Coincidentally, those arethe two charges of contempt Bannon is facing.

schadenfreude that a guilty verdict from a trial would have generated.

He made a business decision -- that losing by default and getting a big judgement against him was less bad for the brand/business than pulling back the curtain and allowing people to see how his company operates. And he's had years to attempt to shield/hide assets in anticipation of the judgement.

Once upon a time, there was a murder of a woman and younger man. Violent and brutal. Intimate and ugly. Criminal charges were botched and a case that seemed obvious on its surface blew into a circus and an acquittal. The suspect was then sued in civil court, found guilty and yet lived for years on a kushy pension and funds shielded from civil judgements.

Jones is human pond scum, but he likely will only end up in early retirement and living off of hidden wealth.

I do hope that this finally knocks his disgusting ass off the public stage though in some way. That would be justice to see him silenced for abuse of the public trust and airspace.
