Remember the promise of $3 testing kits?

Was this funded already? I thought it was in the ARP, but it could be in the BBB bill, if not taken out.

I just read that Biden was funding some testing around Oct-Nov, and not sure if that is a different thing, or if it had been modified during legislation. Not complaining, as these things take time, just checking in on that.

Thanks in advance!

My husband had a cold last week and it would have been nice to have some of those kits on hand. He went to Walgreens for a PCR test (which we found out was negative, but the results took 5 days!).

Tests out to the public. My understanding is that in Britain they are distributed for free and have been readily available for a while.
