He pulled out all the stops in July. Then that fall, China enacted measures against it. So it had to be circulating when Trump pulled out all the stops. Coincidence? Or Planned by Trump?

I think he purposely pulled out all our pandemic controls for nefarious purposes. Not sure what they were but I'm sure Q could make up a few theories if they weren't such Trump humpers.
