what is her stance on the filibuster if Roe is overturned. We might hear an interesting answer

(15,417 posts)Nothing interesting new will be said, just her typical deflections which allow her to avoid saying she really doesn't give a shit.

(112,558 posts)It does not matter who asks the question or the goal they are trying to achieve. In addition, even if we don't like her response there isn't anything that can be done until the next primary when she is one of the candidates. At that point, the question is appropriate; however, at this juncture of time I don't see the point of putting her on the spot and what it will accomplish other than to further alienate her whether her response (or lack thereof) is a problem or not.
Sinema's vote may be needed sometime in the future on an issue that hasn't even developed, so punishing her by making her sit on a stool in the corner facing the wall achieves nothing except for the immediate gratification of those who have designated her as a target.

I also don't see what anyone wants to accomplish by attacking Manchin and Sinema, just as you may not see what people want to accomplish by attacking Sanders or AOC.
