God knows how Florida could support its maritime based industry but for that wonderful South Carolinian coastline 100 miles past Georgia.

Can't get to Rome without crossing the Cascades, or some mountains.

In addition, I'm not sure about our supply of bayonets and horses, but I assure you we have plenty of knives of some sort and mules.
