Gasconade County (Missouri) R-II calls off school on Dec. 17 due to threats
The Gasconade County R-II School district announced they will not have classes on Friday, December 17.
They called off classes due to reports of threats circulating on social media sites like TikTok.
The Gasconade County Sheriff's Office says there is a challenge for people to call in bomb threats and school shooting threats at schools across the United States.
The sheriff's office says they take every threat seriously and anyone, whether a student or not, will face possible legal consequences for making threats.
