'Nother Anti-Vaxxer bites the dust: Washington state Senator Doug Ericksen dies at 52

The Washington State Senate Republican Caucus said the senator passed away on Friday. He was 52 years old.

The Ferndale Republican's death came weeks after he said he had tested positive for the coronavirus while in El Salvador, though his cause of death wasn’t immediately released.

He leaves behind two daughters and a wife.

5. Local Seattle news led with this story last night

Had another GQP State Senator on who said he didn't know Ericksen's vax status.

He was a vociferous opponent of mask requirements, I know that, and really hyperbolic. All the WA GQP are - "Inslee is a dictator, F Inslee, etc.".

Interesting he went to El Salvador as an election observer; maybe he went to get tips for how the GQP should operate.
