that due to rising property values & supply chain issues, many of the homeowners might be under-insured & unable to afford to rebuild.

In a Nextdoor conversation someone said a friend of theirs lost a home to fire just over a year ago & the trusses for the new house just got delivered.

I'm am three miles from the devastation but we've had so much gentrification our property values have soared. I'm going to look into increasing my homeowner's insurance. The fire could have just as easily happened here.
