Since Dumpy lost the election and has been spilling lies for over a year and raising money doing it, wouldn't that qualify as a RICO case for the DA? Raising money under false pretenses is a crime, right?

(9,323 posts)who follow the NY DA's investigation into the Trump Organization that the case and the way it is moving forward has many parallels with other RICO cases. Not exactly what you arre referring to, but the thought crossed their minds.
