I think Trump is going to give himself a wedgie by celebrating Jan 6 on Thursday.

My disagreement with a particular final sentence (in any case) is about as unlearned as me arguing with a mathematics professor about a sum even though I never went past Calc II in college.

But I'm the first to admit I've never been very invested in trials and any assertions I make one way or the other would be nothing more than human bias plus guess-work plus wishful-thinking.
