3. Not sure I clearly understand the intent beyond the importance of holding insurrectionists

accountable. Was the" politician" (WTF -- anonymous "politician"?) implying that Congress shares the blame by virtue of it's general neglect as reflected in today's smack-in-the-face economic inequality? Or is he/she simply saying regardless of the overall public disinterest in accountability for 1/6/21, Congress should nevertheless hold the insurrectionists accountable.
