Now Mitch is saying Biden's speech was incoherent and inaccurate?

Really? Did he and Mitt watch an old rerun of a Trump speech? I think Mitch is upset that the President called him out for being part of problem? Which he had been for some time now! Another pathetic weasel afraid of his future with out power!
