They believe that the loyalty of their workers is worth the price of riding out a downturn in the economy.

but apparently they are a good employer. They may also build a trans-loading facility in Weirton WV.

It's about 18 miles south. They do a lot of recycling there. I see train cars full of scrap on the siding all the time.
I played golf with a couple young guys.
What you say about them is consistent with what they said.
One guy was an accountant, and he said getting ahead is a little harder because nobody ever leaves.

Their chemistries/alloys and processing have always been of highest quality. A good sign, I think. It's not cheap to ship raw steel from 1/2 way around the globe.
