Who's Sweating Now? Ghislaine Maxwell Ends Fight to Keep John Doe Names Sealed

A whole lot of John Does are likely more nervous this morning.

At issue? Virginia Giuffre’s request to unseal documents that name names in her since-settled civil lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, which led to a lengthy and ongoing open-records battle.

In December of last year, a Manhattan jury in Maxwell’s trial returned guilty verdicts in five of the six charges against her after six days of deliberations. Maxwell faced federal charges that included conspiracy, violations of the Mann Act, and sex trafficking a minor for her role as Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime confidante and now-convicted accomplice, related to what prosecutors described as Epstein’s “Pyramid scheme” of sexual abuse of minor girls.

Depending on what lies underneath the redactions, the unsealed information could make waves inside the same courthouse, and around the world.

Thu Jan 13, 2022, 03:07 PM
Jan 2022
It comes after a day after a US judge unequivocally rejected the prince's bid to have his sex abuse case thrown out, leaving him facing the prospect of being cross-examined for seven hours on camera with embarrassing questions on everything from his sex life and 'private parts'.
~~~~
'With The Queen's approval and agreement, The Duke of York's military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to The Queen,' it read. 'The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.'
A royal source said the issue had been widely discussed with the royal family, making it likely that the Prince of Wales, as well as Andrew, were involved in crisis talks over the matter. The source said the military posts would be redistributed to other members of the royal family.
~~~~
It comes after more than 150 veterans joined forces to express their outrage, writing to the Queen to demand Andrew was removed from the honorary military positions.

Accusing the duke of bringing the services he is associated with into disrepute, the 152 former members of the Royal Navy, RAF and Army said that 'were this any other senior military officer it is inconceivable that he would still be in post'. The Queen is head of the armed forces and honorary military appointments are in her gift.

Fri Jan 14, 2022, 11:16 AM
Jan 2022

so please pay attention:

The GOP is trying to smear BC because he used Ep's jet to go to conferences in Europe. The concert violinist Perlman also used the jet. What the GOP is trying to do is trying to confuse "A little black book" with the jet's flight logs. "BC used the jet so he must be a pedo." No. Ep loaned the jet out to charities and other people who needed a private jet to get somewhere, too. A jet costs a ton of money just sitting on the runway, so if the owner rents / leases it out, he is offsetting those static costs. So to use the same logic, Perlman and those charities, etc., are also pedos. Nope.

Here is the part the GOP is trying to hide: Flight logs, BY LAW, must show origin, destination, length of flight, and passengers on the flight. And those are public records. And the logs show where BC, as well as any other person on the jet, flew to. So flights to Epstein's pedo island will show who was on that flight, and when. Pretty incriminating.

The black book will show any person who was in that circle including Trump, who was a pedo with Epstein (T even admitted it), from Studio 54 days. Sp his name will be in there a LOT. Along with a bunch of other GOP luminaries - names and contacts. This is what got Epstein suicided. But her book is now going to be made public and you will notice the huge silence from the GOP about it...

Thu Jan 13, 2022, 02:02 PM
Jan 2022

She can name a few big names for sure, and the rumors of who she has already named have been flying around for years. However we need to remember that Ms. Roberts Giuffre was only one victim of Epstein's illegal trafficking scheme. And she was active for only a few years before she was able to escape in Thailand and eventually land in Australia where she now lives. The book "Perversion of Justice: The Jeffrey Epstein Story" by Julie K. Brown (the investigative reporter for the Miami Herald) reveals a lot of the details about Roberts Giuffre and her quest for justice.

Jeffrey Epstein was active as a trafficker and a probable blackmailer for over half his life, and the girls' names have been shielded for privacy. Only a few have come forward and some or many have refused to reveal anything about their time with Epstein. We'll never really know the total extent of his debauchery. For that matter Ghislaine Maxwell didn't have contact with Epstein after his misdemeanor conviction in Florida in 2005. He was still doing the same stuff after that (without Maxwell), but he maintained his home in the Virgin Islands for the illegal activities. After Epstein's death, the feds raided his home in the Virgin Islands for the videos, documents and blackmail materials, but none of it has ever seen the light of day.

Thu Jan 13, 2022, 07:14 PM

Virginia Roberts Giuffre has spoken with reporters such as Julie K. Brown of the Miami Herald. Roberts Giuffre probably does know the names of some women who had "dates" with Chump while they were under-age, however she has already said that she wasn't one of those girls. She said she couldn't stand him, and apparently he wasn't attracted to her either.

It remains to be seen how many women will actually step forward to tell their stories the same way Roberts Giuffre has. But we need to remember that she was also awarded about $500K in damages, while the other women received nothing from Epstein (yet). There are probably several women who would rather remain silent and maintain their privacy and avoid getting hounded by reporters and lawyers.

Things could change when the Epstein estate pays out damages to the women that have made claims that they were "trafficked" while under the age of consent.

The names of those who participated, if exposed, will bring attention to this behavior some people believe is acceptable if you have enough money.

…His current fan club extends to Cayne, Henry Rosovsky, the former dean of Harvard’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Larry Summers, Harvard’s current president. Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz says, “I’m on my 20th book…. The only person outside of my immediate family that I send drafts to is Jeffrey.” Real-estate developer and philanthropist Marshall Rose, who has worked with Epstein on projects in New Albany, Ohio, for Wexner, says, “He digests and decodes the information very rapidly, which is to me terrific because we have shorter meetings.”

Also on the list of admirers are former senator George Mitchell and a gaggle of distinguished scientists, most of whom Epstein has helped fund in recent years. They include Nobel Prize winners Gerald Edelman and Murray Gell-Mann, and mathematical biologist Martin Nowak. When these men describe Epstein, they talk about “energy” and “curiosity,” as well as a love for theoretical physics that they don’t ordinarily find in laymen. Gell-Mann rather sweetly mentions that “there are always pretty ladies around” when he goes to dinner chez Epstein, and he’s under the impression that Epstein’s clients include the Queen of England. Both Nowak and Dershowitz were thrilled to find themselves shaking the hand of a man named “Andrew” in Epstein’s house. “Andrew” turned out to be Prince Andrew, who subsequently arranged to sit in the back of Dershowitz’s law class.
