It was a waste of everyone's time to have let him out on bail in the first place. His prior behavior indicated an unwillingness to comply with release conditions.

on CNN. And accuses the judge of violating his First Amendment rights.
The judge sounded like he was going to have the guy thrown into jail on the spot.
