Didn't the SC rule that mask mandates cannot be imposed without (Congressional) legislation to that effect?

The Supreme Court has become the central problem.

With one landmark decision after another they've opened the floodgates to virtually unlimited dark money, gutted the Voting Rights Act when Roberts decided that racism had ceased to be an issue because times had changed, refused to take on truly insane, partisan gerrymandering, and now they're saying the federal government doesn't have the right to govern.

They are a cancer on the land.

for hospitals and medical facilities funded through Medicare and Medicare was permitted.

As cray as the disallowed mandate was on the crazy unsigned logic, the government win decision was split 5-4 meaning four crockpots on that court said the federal government can’t mandate doctors and nurses and personal care homes to wear masks and be vaccinated… even those funded by the taxpayer.

Overall, It's about power and control.

Let's stop complaining or rambling about these various elements.

This is exactly what the RIGHT WANTS - they want us to spend our time battling about these sideline issues.

As long as we focus only on things that the RW is attacking, we fail to mobilize an aligned vote.

We need to forget what THEY want, and focus on what WE WANT.

There is only on word we need to make common...

Mobilize!
