5. If they don't pass BBB then Democrats have their election slate.

If they do pass it they have their slate. Same policies that are 70% popular in some cases.

6. Because none of them - including Chump - know how to debate

All Chump can do is hold rallies.

No other candidate (if there are any) is allowed an opinion unless they check with Chump first.

18. Including Chump?

I would have said, "Most of all Chump."

Either way it's true, but Chump is the worst debater -- or rather, the worst EXCUSE for a debater I've ever seen. He doesn't "debate," in any sense of the word. All he does is bluster, bully, talk over people, insult people, and call people names. Even when he talks about an actual issue, almost everything he says is a lie, so it's a complete waste of time.

Afterwards, all anyone talks about, including the media, is how badly he behaved and what an ass he made of himself, and his worst faux pas are shown on TV over and over. Of course the RNC would rather avoid the whole thing!

I predict that if Chump ends up not being the GOP candidate (hey, it COULD happen), the RNC will decide, "Oh, hey, we want to take part in the debates after all! Forget what we said before, let's do it." It's not that they don't want a Republican in the debates. They just don't want Chump in there, because they know he will embarrass them.

20. Yes they could walk it back later, if it suits them

John McCain wasn't a bad debater, at least he had manners. I don't think I liked anything Mitt Romney said, but I suppose he at least followed the rules. Now that Chump has set the rude, contentious tone I don't think anyone will follow the old rules ever again.

11. I'm not interested in anything the RNC has to say, in the first place.

FUCK 'em!!!

I don't give a rat's ass if they show up for the debates or stay out 'n' pout.

Seems to me it'll just mean more airtime for the Democrats.

leadership that the GOP base will see. With no debate there is no press coverage they will see that is truthful/factual/real of Biden.

coverage will always be presented in a demented way. If no debates when will the right see him as he is? What venue would that be?
