2. I ordered one this afternoon

I live in an 11-story apartment building with over 150 apartments.

I had no trouble ordering it.
But I don't know if anyone else in my building is aware they are available. Residents here are mostly elderly and disabled.

I don't know how many are online or aware of the tests.

10. My friend just ordered hers and said the website would not take a number and letter combination

So she just put in the number with no letter and it went thru.. yMMV
