My nomination for Quote of the Day: 'In the name of God, go!' (David Davis to Boris Johnson)

'In the name of God, go!' Boris is told to QUIT over Partygate by ex-minister David Davis in bear-pit PMQs just minutes after Red Wall Tory MP DEFECTS to Labour - as 'Pork Pie plotters' vow no confidence vote and Keir Starmer says more rebels are 'welcome'

Boris Johnson was today told to quit over Partygate by a senior Tory at a brutal PMQs today just minutes after an MP dramatically defected to Labour.

Ex-Cabinet minister David Davis said Mr Johnson had failed to take responsibility for the breaches of lockdown in Downing Street, and he had enough of taking the flak for him. 'In the name of God, go!' he said.

A visibly shaken Mr Johnson insisted he was not going to resign, urging people to 'wait for the outcome' of the inquiry by senior civil servant Sue Gray.

But it was another hammer blow as Westminster reels from Christian Wakeford's announcement that he is joining Labour.

Amid what has been dubbed a 'Pork Pie plot' by 2019 intake politicians, the Bury South MP - who has a wafer-thin 402 majority in the Red Wall seat - had already declared he had put in a letter of no confidence in Mr Johnson.

Does anybody walk into a barber shop and say, "give me a Boris."?

It is a quirky style choice, that's for sure.

ago I thought that his unkempt hair was either due to his being really stupid or feeling
really entitled. Now I realize that he's both.

I just hope that The Brits will see the value of not only getting rid of him but all the Tory
Fascists too. I'd love to see The Brexit go down in flames but then I'm still waiting for my
flying pony.

Sending a shout out to my real blood cousins in Sussex! Get 'er done!
