1) Dwight D. Eisenhower - Passed the Interstate Freeway Act, Eisenhower championed this after seeing the German Autobahn during WWII

2) Richard M. Nixon - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Nixon hated this. But at the time, congress had a majority proof to override a VETO that Nixon wanted. He was advised to sign it and then own it, which he did.

3) George H.W. Bush - Passed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Bush championed this because he had previously lost a child with disabilities.

Other than these 3, the only thing I think the (R)'s are for, are tax breaks, mostly for the rich, and overriding benefits that we wanted and have fought for.
