100 economists in a room, and ask each of them how the Economy was doing, I guarantee you that you'll get 25% will say it's bad, etc., 25% of them will say that the Economy is good, 25% of them will say the Economy is still the same as how it was before (not good, not bad), and the remaining 25% will say 'no comment, not enough information to formulate an opinion.

Economists aren't the only profession that is seemingly like this, Attorneys, law makers, and some other occupations come to mind too.
