Copy of the Executive Order Sidney Powell and Giuliani almost got Trump to sign...

...authorizing the Department of Defense to seize voting machines prior to the January 6th certification.

Reportedly the only reason the Former Office Occupant didn't sign was because there was a threat of mass resignation if he did. You know he had to have really wanted to, though.

I mean, he wasn't doing anything wrong or illegal, right? He was just making perfect phone calls and totally following all applicable laws.

He didn't know what would fly. He just issued orders to suit his short-term whims, and had underlings carry out his orders.

Not only was there no probable cause, that is not standard to support such an executive order. It was written by an attorney who has no understanding regarding what is probable cause or the supportable bases of executive orders.
