Not only are they going to lose this, if I happen to be some other employee of Hospital A at this point I am polishing up my resume. If I am investor I am either looking to get the hell out of my position, or I am lobbying hard for whoever made this bonehead decision to be fired from management. If I am in their advertising or PR department I'm renting a truck to buy Tums. This is all about some individual manager's sense of ego and control and there is nothing positive that can possibly come of this for Hospital A.

The workers can't be forced to work for ThedaCare so all they are doing is making sure no one is helped by these workers. It is nothing but legal extortion, "we will have the money to keep the court case going for months, how long can you afford to feed your family?"
