Just arrest Putin for starting a needless war. Just like other war criminals. Just like we should have done to traitors Bush / Cheney.

but there isn't really such a thing as an "international arrest warrant." The Hague could bring charges, I guess, but that's kind of different.

Heads of state are not really people you can't issue warrants to.

I seem to remember warrants kept Bush and Cheney from traveling outside the US once they left office.

Why are they not people to be arrested? Former heads of state are not immune to arrest.

Are warrants still active?

Does this make issuing warrant for Putin more likely?
