(7,410 posts)A Trump endorsement hurts whatever candidate he chooses. Since he doesnt like Kemp and has endorsed Perdue in the Republican primary it makes it more likely Abrams will face the incumbent Kemp.
Perdue is only +3 against Abrams so it would be better if he won their primary but hes behind at the moment.

(34,170 posts)We are hoping for internal damage betwee. Perdue and Kemp but nothing yet.
Kenp is trying to buy some votes with $5,000 added to state worker salaries.
I haven't seen many ads for Stacey yet. I live in a county where she can win and gather up votes.

(7,410 posts)Trump hates Kemp obviously over the 2020 debacle, but according to the polling the Trump endorsement of Perdue is going to hurt his chances. BUT we know primaries are a different animal, only the motivated typically participate so its still a toss up I think.
I live in a FL county bordering GA so we share local news/TV channels which are favorable towards Abrams, havent seen any ads yet either but that will change by summer. Abrams and Warnock are going to have a lot of money coming in from all over the country thankfully.
